DDO & Pierrefonds Flooring Specialists

Dollard-des-Ormeaux and Pierrefonds are defined by suburban family homes — bungalows, split-levels and two-storeys built largely from the 1970s through the 1990s — with finished basements that are central to family life. Two issues recur across these homes: basement humidity from the high water table and clay soils of the West Island, which swells and cups anything wood-based; and main floors carrying original hardwood or parquet that has worn unevenly under decades of children, pets and foot traffic.

We solve the basement problem with 100% waterproof LVP and Toucan SPC vinyl that stays dimensionally stable through humidity swings, installed over moisture-rated underlayment. Upstairs, we bring original hardwood and parquet back to life through dustless sanding and refinishing — and we refinish or replace staircase treads to match, so the stairs, hallway and living spaces of these family homes read as one cohesive, refreshed floor.
