Pointe-Claire & West Island Flooring Specialists

Pointe-Claire, Beaconsfield, Dollard-des-Ormeaux and Pierrefonds are defined by detached single-family homes and multi-level split-levels built largely between the 1960s and 1980s. These homes share two recurring flooring challenges: finished basements that sit close to the water table and absorb seasonal moisture, and high-traffic main floors with original oak or parquet that has worn unevenly over decades of family use. The split-level layouts also mean prominent staircases that become a focal point — and a wear point — of the home.

We address West Island basement moisture head-on with 100% waterproof LVP and Toucan SPC vinyl that won't swell or cup when humidity spikes, installed over moisture-rated underlayment. On the main level we restore original solid oak through dustless sanding and refinishing, and we refinish or replace staircase treads and risers to match — bringing cohesion to split-level homes where the stairs, hallway and living areas all read as one continuous floor.
